The internationally acclaimed Milwaukee Art Museum, located on the lakefront, promises to be a memorable venue for this year's social event. Stroll through the special exhibit American Fancy: Exuberance in the Arts, 1790-1840, featuring more than 200 items of furniture, textiles, costume, ceramics, glass, metals, paintings, and prints. (Docent-led tours will be available.) Marvel as we are treated to a special opening of the wings of the Santiago Calatrava-designed Brise Soleil. (See www.mam.org for a preview of the exhibit and this exciting facility.) Enjoy a scrumptious catered dinner in this exquisite setting. Van transportation will be provided between the Radisson Hotel and the Milwaukee Art Museum. Directions and parking information will be provided for those who wish to drive.
